How to collect your ticket refund

Credit card purchase
All credit cards will be automatically refunded to the credit card used to purchase tickets. You don't need to return your tickets to Ticketek.

Cash purchase
Cash refunds will only be provided to the original purchaser upon presentation of tickets and photo ID. Please return your tickets in person to the Ticketek Head Office at Burswood Entertainment Complex.

For ticket holders who can't collect a cash refund in person please mail your tickets to:
