Burswood Entertainment Complex recognises the important role that it plays in the Western Australian community. We are committed to working with our neighbours, local charities and industry groups to make a long-term difference through our community partnerships, sponsorships and employee involvement initiatives.

Community sponsorships

Burswood supports a number of local charities through the provision of facilities and resources across the Complex. Some of our community partners include:

In addition, we actively participate in community-based projects including:

  • Crime Stoppers
  • Foodbank WA
  • Movies by Burswood
  • Storm the Stage Youth Arts Project
  • WA Police Officer of the Year Awards; and
  • The donation of unclaimed winnings in the Casino to the Western Australian Gaming Community Trust.

At the heart of our community program is our employees! Over 4,100 staff and family members are encouraged to participate in valuable community initiatives including the annual ‘Walk to Cure’ for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Anglicare Winter Appeal and The St Vincent de Paul Society Christmas Appeal for Perth families in need.

Commercial sponsorships

Sponsorships play a fundamental role in Burswood’s support of local events, sports teams, cultural activities and community based programs.
